Just POSSIBLY you are fukking dense.... Regarding "the President of the United States should be cognizant of etiquette and the cultural norms of world leaders..." --- I never argued that the President SHOULD NOT. (I was just wondering why such a big deal was being made about a culturally-appropriate head bob when we still have the fairly recent memory of the kiss and hand-holding to refer to. LOL!)
