The U.S. Energy Information Administration is expected to report that 20
billion cubic feet
of gas were added to storage during the week ended April 10,
according to the average prediction of 18 analysts and traders in a Dow Jones
Newswires survey. The storage estimate is just shy of last year's 21 bcf build
in storage and matches the five-year average injection.


Natural Gas Is Steady as Report May Show U.S. Surplus Expanded

The Energy Department will probably say that gas in storage increased 19 billion cubic feet in the week ended April 10, according to the median of 15 analyst estimates compiled by Bloomberg. Supplies in the previous week’s report were 23 percent above the five-year average.

Injection estimates for this week's EIA report ranged from
10 bcf to 28 bcf with most traders and analysts expecting
stocks to rise by about 20 bcf when weekly data is released
Thursday at about 10:30 a.m. EDT (1430 GMT) a Reuters survey
showed.
