And I quote..."THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A TIME.." and you then fully admit that there was a period of 10 years that Minnesota did discriminate against Blacks. And I quote...'And the federal government CERTAINLY did not"....Duh! Then go back and read the original Constitution that was created, and pay close attention to Section 1, Part 2. And finally Sully, all this outrage about pirates.....what is wrong with some poor country sponsoring and hiring a band of pirates to loot and plunder for them? Good pirates are hard to come by.....especially today!
