Gee, I wonder if you'd think the same way if the Party Affiliations of the last 2 Presidents had been reversed?

Let's say a Republican had been in office from '92 to 2000 with the N. Koreans scrounging together maybe 2 nukes, then a Democrat had come in after that and they suddenly "publicly" pulled all the rods from their reactor and then did an underground nuke test and began testing long range missiles.

Do you REALLY think you'd be so "unfazed" by the last eight years of N. Korean actions?

Apparently, since you think their having 2 nukes inevitably led to 8 nukes, then you must figure we shouldn't worry at all about it because it will "inevitably" lead to them having 50 nukes and the delivery systems to hit US any time they would like.

I guess YOUR plan is to "just lay back and enjoy it".
