ElM, arpu is a silly measure of customer value. What matters is profitability. Zenbu arpus are $10 and most pay nothing [because they get vouchers from zone operators]. By $10 I don't mean every month. I mean average total payment. A business with arpu of $1000 might not be as good as a business with arpu of $5 as you might suspect if the $5 arpu business had 10 million customer and the $1000 arpu business had 1000 customers. If the $1000 arpu business also had average expenses per customer of $900 and the $5 arpu business had average expenses per customer of 1c then I know which business I'd like better. You have been wayoed by the arpu swindlers. Mqurice
