I do have a union member in my company. He gets access to a health plan that's far and away better than anything I can offer. I wish more of my employees could join a union.

The Idiot Z misses the point again.

Unions are great when OTHER COMPANIES are suffering at their hands.

I heard a bit on NPR, about the bonuses some big failing bank had paid it's executives, and what the employees would have gotten if THEY'D gotten the bonuses instead. If all the clerks working for the bank had split the executive's bonuses, they'd have gotten $150,000 EACH!

But, what they got was NONE.
