South African miners actually pay out profits to shareholders. That's why I am holding Impala (IMPUY) (platinum).

-It can be frustrating for sure-

If you are management and have millions of shares you more or less have to sell the company as an exit strategy because selling on the open market looks bad and can hurt the stock price-

-I guess the solution is to have as many shares as management, then a few pennies won't matter....
