Why are they writing about that in a Real Estate forum?!? My two cent take on that press release, just based on the first paragraph: Will it be a low-cost tunnel or a damn big hole in the ground feeding a low-cost heap leach? It starts at 400m down! You also need to consider not just the 2gpt of Au, which is not much, but that the Ag, Pb and Zn combined are worth much more than the Au. If you're considering investing, look for further details on their potential deposit size, CapEx requirements, electricity, water, and other input costs. Also, can this sulphide deposit easily have high recovery rates of all 4 metals? Caveat Emptor. I'd be interested in seeing what you find...
