Your demand that laws reflect your version of morality is why you're a bigot. You believe your heterosexual marriage to be superior to a homosexual marriage. You believe your heterosexual family to be superior to a gay family. Thats generally true. Homosexuals are a lot more promiscuous and unstable in their relationships. The 14th Amendment doesn't have anything to do with sexual preferences. Does it protect polygamists, incestuous would be couples? Of course not.
