IYR doesn't have a lot of overhead resistance until 35 or so on the dailies. I wouldn't come near SRS. REITs seem to be going through the phase that banks did many months ago, in which they are able to raise capital, generating a lot of optimism, which will in turn be dashed soon thereafter by awful fundamentals. Remember when C raised money and many said they were then solvent.

I appreciate the input and commend your calls on SRS. I took a small position because I see this rally as a bear market rally and a 25% decline is extreme so there is a good probability of a counter trend move. Congratulations on your SRS succe$$.

The drop might have something to do with WFC saying their mortgage business did very well last quarter.
