There have been an incredible amount of offerings being announced, notably in the CRE sector, but expanding into banking.
Another instance of casting more nets when the fish are biting.
Based on balance sheets and precarious conditions, these offerings are not the opportunities they project. If they were such a great value, the company was so sound, and opportunity was ripe; why no buyback? Haven't heard of any stock buybacks in quite awhile. Better to use opm if unsure.

The public will be paying for this banking "crisis" coming and going. Abandon savings, neighborhood, job, health, house, retirement, country and possibly your family all as a direct result of WS greed and DC's decree that you must sacrifice all you can to keep WS flourishing.
