I hate plumbing. My experience has been that it usually leads to a chain reaction of failures and you end up replacing a lot more than you planned.

There is a reason plumbers are (a) expensive, and (b) difficult to schedule.

They do work that if not done right has the ability to cause great damage to one's home.
