Skeeterbug, my education started on SI in 2000, and I've logged thousands of hours since then honing it with the help of other contributors on SI and elsewhere.

Most of what I learned I learned by 2001, and Chip Anderson, who started Stockcharts, can help you with Chartschool on Stockcharts.com if you want to learn about charts and candlesticks. That's pretty basic stuff.

All I have learned I have learned on the internet. I'm not big on books, and never have been. If they were all in magazine or newspaper form, I'd have been bigger on them <G>.

SPX 875 is the key near term. Longer term, 900 SPX ought to be somewhat of a brick wall.
