I checked with our crack AMD legal team and the suits and studs at O’Melveny & Myers and they seem to have completely missed this Supermicro company that you mentioned. I'm certain that with your help, we can subpoena these Supermicro people and tie them up in legal proceedings, dragging them through our US court system - so that we at AMD can finally find that smoking gun that we have been looking for over the past 5 years to prove Intel has misused their power.
