Bot half a $bill of FAZ/SKF after the fall towards the end of the day. That'll pop me up to the $2 bill mark no trouble. Zim the Amazing would be green with envy.

Meanwhile, tourism to NZ takes a dive: nzherald.co.nz Down 13% = ouch!!

NZ has high interest rates which has attracted money in the face of quantitative easing and interest rate slashing in the rest of the world. Suckers! NZ$ has jumped 20% as a result.

NZ has few visible means of support and tourism was a good one. But numbers are down and the amount they spend is no doubt down even more. What with the huge borrowings per capita from Japan of $160bn or so for a population of 4 million, most of whom don't work and those who do achieve little of value, there's not a good financial future for the indebted.

Recommendation = sell NZ$.

FAZ now a bargain! Half price. You might as well double up at such a discount. Fortunately, I ditched my small amount of FAZ and mountain of SKF before it did the big drop so not much loss there. Waiting to load a supertanker amount of both in the next few days; maybe even toss a few dinkum ones into my Tonka Truck.

Well, I loaded ups tons of SKF and FAZ and straight away they zoomed as though they were rocket-fueled. Zim's "great" house wouldn't even be a guest house for my abode. I've now ditched them all for a very short term gain, 1 day, coz there should be a pull back again. If not, I'll just while away the time counting the hundreds of $millions in profits.
