Dan3 - " but I'd be happy to give it the DOJ.
In additional, any idiot could tell what was going on,"

Geeze Louise - it's the FTC, not the DOJ, that we have helping us on this battle.

However, our idiots in Legal have spent 5 years and I can't tell you how many MILLIONS of DOLLARS and they can't find the smoking gun that Hector and I know is there.
We just know it.

Otherwise, we would be making BILLIONS of Dollars at AMD - if it wasn't for Intel.

And you have the KEY - PLEASE GIVE ME THE NAME and NUMBER of the guy that Intel strongarmed.

We can place him as the 487'th new person to depose over the next year to finally uncover this smoking gun that I know exists - even if it is buried in that grassy knoll in Dealey Plaza in Dallas by the Texas Book Depository.
