In fact, by that logic, allowing gays to marry should decrease the spread of the disease. First gays were condemned for promiscuity, then for wanting legalized monogamy. Must be very confusing. I agree with Pan's earlier comment that straights have done a good job undermining the institution of marriage with the current divorce rates, and the number of children now born out of wedlock. Perhaps there should be a generic movement aimed at strengthening all marriages instead of this distraction.
