Dizzy;

Well I'm one of those Ron Paul conservatives so I don't march with your army.

Just trying to tell you where I stand.

In fact, it is ALWAYS better to let the market correct itself instead of throwing taxpayers money down a black hole in the name of stimulus.

As to this I agree. I am - like Ron Paul - a believer in the Austrian School of economics. The problem is that Bush and especially Greenspan did not allow the market to correct. They instead tried this great experiment to goose the economy thinking they could change historic corrections. So the market correction that we apparenetly agree on will be much much worse this time around than it normally would have been. My thinking now is to put people to work by building bridges, hospitals, schools, even alternate energy. They are going to be unemployed and we WILL pay for them in the form of unemployment and welfare, so why not get something for it? I mean, it's not like we don't need bridges! .....BTW, I'm against the part of the stimulus plan that calls for tax cuts and I am against the welfare part of the plan.

Yet you have somehow managed to only assign blame to Republicans.

You bet I do and so does most of America. That is why a black man who doesn't even have a birth certificate was able to beat a war hero. And if you listen to Ron Paul at all you know he thinks this too. Well gosh so does McCain. So go ahead and blame democrats and me if you like, but to do so is to sink the republicans further into the hole of irrelevance. Instead step up accept responsibility and offer something meaningful. Something positive instead of constant blame the other guy and negativity.
