11 Apr 2009 06:36 GMT DJ China Premier: Econ Growth Showed Improvements In March PATTAYA, Thailand (Dow Jones)--China's economic growth showed improvements in many sectors in March, although the economy is still facing difficulties from less global demand, China's Premier Wen Jiabao said Saturday. Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the postponed summit with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, Wen said China's industrial output grew 8.3% in March from a year earlier, compared with year-on-year growth of 3.8% in the January-February period. He said China's industrial output in the first quarter grew over 5% from a year earlier.
