Property taxes aren't 40k a year and the elderly get a property tax break in most places. We are not talking about an estate taxes. Hell with your plan no one will have any estate to be tax with anyway.

So how does that guy come up with 40 K year after year ?? and lets say after 15 years of paying that, the value of his house drops(like recently) does he get his wealth taxes that he over paid back ?
