It was YOU who said Obama's poll numbers were "crashing". It was YOU who said the numbers were going "through the floor". Your exact words. I understand what you are now saying, but at least acknowledge what you said before. The poll numbers didn't "crash" or go "through the floor" by any normal definition of the terms. You can't have you cake and eat it too.....your statements don't reconcile with your currently held view that his polls won't ever go down. Did they "crash" or go "through the floor"? No. They drifted down four or five points and then drifted back up and now appear steady in the 60s. Fine. In January they were very high. In February they were lower, but only Rasmussen showed a major drop In March they were pretty high. msnbc.msn.com Do you honestly believe the polls numbers "crashed"? I think you are playing with me because your earlier statement of fact can't fit with your most recent claim...unless the polls crashed, came back up and now won't every go down...If that is your position, I understand. If your position is that the polls didn't crash, they I respectfully pointed out that you said they had earlier. I think I know what you are now saying. Maybe it comes down to a definition of what "crash" and "through the floor" mean. What did you mean when you used those terms? TIA.
