Well - from new personal reasons, I can't say I disagree with them. Due to excess sun exposures, my dad came down 4 years ago with melanoma to the nose. They cut it out, got it all plus some lymph nodes. Well, bad news just hit. In the expected timeframe for metastisis to the brain and elsewhere, he was diagnosed with tumors in the lungs, brain, and perocardium. I have just discovered how deadly this cancer is - probably one of the deadliest, and nothing out there to help. Really awful. Terrible stuff.

Jon

PS And knowing I got way too much sun exposure as a kid, and that my hair and eye coloring and the family history lead to a 10x normal chance of getting melanoma (probably 1 in 7 chance vs. 1 in 75) and that 40% metastisizes, I am not only worried about him and my mom, but also myself.
