Mark my words. someday you will see those guys banned from trading
or dealing in a public company for life. I have a feeling about that.
This whole desert dirt scam will be a source of endless frustration
for honest operators. I have my doubts that they even own the ground they say they do or gold is found on their property.

There will be legislation passed to certify and establish an audit trail for all companies claiming a discovery in the state. In Canada
companies may be asked to duplicate their assays in a reputable lab with Chain of custody by a private consultant. The reason some Australians may be operating in the US is because the Aussie laws that prevent scamming companies are much too stiff and that legislation was passed not too long ago.

Co-incidence? Poke a-roo thinks not.

I have operated in the business for many years and seen many complex
and tricky scams. Even a mine that was salted to double it's assays, which created a collapse of the company which was subsequently bought
by the salter and brought into production. I have no doubt that in all
the desert dirt plays there will be criminal responsibility found and that there may even be mayhem committed upon people who are reporting samples and assays as was done at New Cinch, the Telbel and at Bre-X.
we note that nobody died by lethal injection for the crimes committed
there nor was any blame affixed but blame there most certainly was.
I would commend the courageous journalist who could rout out the responsible parties. No doubt their friends lurk here.

God speed to him.
