Brazil had 90million in 1970. Most of what was added was poor people. Peak poor people reached late 80s at the height of the 'Lost Decade'.

Entered demographic Window mid-90s. Now poverty going down as it stopped adding poor people to the population.

I took Experiment -twice already- to see the area I grew up, from mid-60s to mid-70s. The area is now populated for that surplus of poor people.
