the NEXT move up in gold and silver could be very robust

Do you foresee this possibility as fundamental, cyclical or technical outcome?

I have been on the weaker dollar train for a long time (fundamental) but as time passed I become more aware of the effect of the need for dollars in resolving international loans (carry trade) and realize the buck may stay strong for a few more years.
