Jim,I am surprised you have been doing trades on BB's and Pinks with Schwab.

They are horrible on any quick execution especially on a stock going down.

TD Ameritrade is much better.

That's really disheartening that they would treat such a good customer like that. I assume you've escalated the issue without success? Not that you should have to, but sometimes the higher ups can see the bigger picture better.
