I do beleive that Behre Dolbear has allready signed off on a statment that claims a minable amount of gold if it can be extracted by somewhat regular methods. That statement was signed 2 years ago. These investors are waiting for a new signoff that includes platinum. If none exsists, like you claim, then they will have to mine the original amounts of gold, thus leaving a reasonable value of the stock at $5. Which part of this do you need explained further?
