I don't blame you. Hopefully something will come of it.

I've always been very happy with Schwab across the board, but I guess every outfit can have its warts.

Just the other day, I got a call out of the blue regarding a rights offering that appeared in one of my accounts. The rep just wanted to make sure I understand what it was all about. I thought that was above and beyond the call of duty on their part.

I have threatened to move my retirement account many times because of the poor execution by MM UBSS.

They have done nothing about it,so I started trading a regular account with Ameritrade and find the executions on BB's and Pinks much better although still not perfect.Since then,my regular account has grown, and I am not doing much trading in my Schwab retirement account, especially not BB';s and Pinks.

It would pay for you to get another 2 or more monitors, and trade some with TD Ameritrade to see the difference.

Did you know that ubss and Nite get extra money in some accounts where you can direct your trade directly to UBSS and NITE.
That is why you will not get as quick an execution as the guys who pay extra. My next goal is to open an account with direct trading,so I can get in and out of BB's and Pinks much easier.

Re:<<But in the end they also echoed the story that the company was responsible to inform me that the new merged shares are restricted. >>

Is this true? If the company is responsible, why are you upset with Schwab?
