1) There has been nothing in the press because the finalised contract has not yet been signed. It has apparently been through several iterations with an increasing business relationship each time. I seriously doubt that any major news service would carry speculation on an AT&T contract with TSIS. This is not big news - at least for AT&T.

2) Total outstanding shares are approx. 18MM. Of those, there are 13-14MM in the float (per TSIS IR).

3) OBV clearly indicates a positive trend over the last 7 trading sessions. Share price has increased from $0.60 to $0.73 during that time. There is clearly more recent buying than selling.

4) TSIS has made no secret of the fact that they are offering shares to the public at or just above the bid on any given day. This pays their operating expenses of about $65,000 per month. This last figure has probably increased because they have hired several more staff and have been installing T-1 lines in preparation for the AT&T business. If we assume $100,000 is necessary for next month, an additional 130,000 shares +/- will need to be issued. The company has said that these sales will cease when AT&T revenue begins at end November.

5) TSIS has not publisised its new relationship with Foote, Cone and Belding. A mention is available on their toll free line. Read through the link that I provided and decide for yourself what potential lies here. My personal opinion is that it is in its early stages but that deals like this and with other ad agencies may well form a very large proportion of the business in the future.

TSIS has consistently impressed me in that they are not given to hype and, if anything, understate the impact of the deals that have been signed or are in progress. There is no substitute for trust in management when dealing with BB stocks. Of course there is risk in that trust. Mr. Cameron could be lying through his teeth, but if he is doing so, he is both a very good liar and an extremely poor promoter of his own stock.

This is your own money. Do not take my word for it. Call the company.
Hope this helps.

Mike
