$5 billion secondary. It doesn't matter, all the other financials were up on the news. I still don't know why GS needs more money since they are sitting on 16% Tier 1 capital with $16 in projected earnings for the year.

Diluting their stock so that they can pay unlimited bonuses to employees is not a stockholder friendly action, regardless of their earnings.
