Rove made the claim that he didn't have anything to do with leaking Plame's identity to the press. That was proven to be not true. He told Matt Cooper.

Not proven. Lie.

He claimed that Palin decreased the amount of earmarks that Alaska sought while governor. That was factually in error.

Another lie, although his remarks were construed by the left wing lunatics as being what you said. It was a particularly egregious lie on your part, since the remark you're referring to was in the context of Obama vs. Palin on earmarks; Obama apparently finds no difficulty with a bill containing 9,000 earmarks. I don't know whether there has EVER been a bill with that many earmarks.

So, at the bottom line, it is clear that Rove was substantially correct -- Obama lives by earmarks, Palin has clearly made every effort to eliminate their use.

He also claimed that the Bush White House never leaked. Which was sort of like claiming that a sieve doesn't leak.

Any WH "leaks" some -- it would be fair to say that Bush's WH was freer of leaks AND scandal than any in recent memory.
