All, Looks like another ugly day, at least at the start. Germany and UK both down about 4%, HK down almost 6%, futures down on Globex. News of settlement with DEC, news of 20% Intel price cuts (being reported on CNBC). The US markets will need to make a stand or this will continue with each market feeding off of the others. Employment cost index tommorrow is critical. John
