They need to trade(close) at $4 or above for 30 consecutive days in order to qualify. Besides for the required capital, which I am not sure what that is. I own another small cap stock KSWW, they are in talks with Con Edison for a major deal. They are also trying to get on to the NASDAQ and I was told that $4 is one of the requirements.
