(For that comparison with Obama's newly proposed first Defense budget....) I mean, there are eight Bush II Defense budgets you can choose from, and we can discuss ANY ONE that you like... just pick a YEAR! (Fiscal 2001 to 2009, right? Any will do... your choice!)
