The Republicans took the "China card" away from the Dems when Nixon went to China. Now they need to take the "Medical Insurance" card away from them. But they are hopelessly confused on the issue.

If we want to avoid ending up with some sort of "single payer" system, it's up to the Republican to sell a program to the public. The only one I know of that comes close to being possible is the Swiss one.

Same problem with drugs. A workable solution has to come from the right.
