No, I don't know that. The Dem Prosecutor went way overboard and will suffer the loss of all dignity and probably his license to practice law minimally.

You do KNOW that Stevens WAS guilty, and was only saved by the professional misconduct of the prosecutors? It's not like the guy DIDN'T DO what he was accused of. I doubt we'll see the guy in the Senate again. That point has gotten lost in the brouhaha over the mistrial. The guy was a crook who lucked out.
