You could have inferred an answer but I don't mind clarifying for you. My opinion, yours, the policies and practices of various groups including the UN are not relevant to the allegation made by Shepard that Bush admitted to authorizing torture. The allegation is false based on a combination of, 1)Bush's conduct, 2) our policy, and 3) our justice department's position on torture.

What does Bush's conduct have to do with waterboarding being torture? Who told you that waterboarding was American policy? And what is the Justice Dept's position on waterboarding?

I asked if you thought water boarding met the United Nations Convention Against Torture definition of torture.

It's okay if you don't to say. No big deal.
