Well he was high on CPI ;o) Just on the news... 97 billion OUTFLOWS of foreign dollars from US.. expected small INFLOW ... Dollar negative I guess.. The world votes... ooops Industrial production down more than expected.. I believe they said capacity utilisation at record lows.. So we are on a plateau.. Do we retest lows successfully ... or set new ones... This global reorganisation of of power and wealth is a bumpy ride...
