They don't actually have to sell after registering them. Actual purchases and sales are filed on Form 4's. P.S. One of my favorite companies is UNPH. It is a momentum stock though so it has been very expensive. Now the momentum is on the downside. This is one of the first stocks I will buy when it get's cheap enough.
