Since the settlement doesn't have any big surprises, it may have been anticipated by the market and if this is the case it is a non event. It sounds like a win win situation to me based on this early information. Anything would be better than litigation carried to trial.

INTC's chip price reduction is a much bitter pill for AMD investors than INTC investors.

If AMD keeps its promise to lower price(25% cheaper than Intels's),AMD is going to operate at a loss. I didn't see any comment or response from AMD threads, yet.
