Actually... I didn't watch (nor see) either event. Nor do I care over-much for mere political protocol. (More interested in the substance, not the vapors....) And, as far as Kings and other Monarchs go... I have a very traditional American attitude toward them: I'm a'gin 'em. A'gin 'em all. They can all dry-up and blow away for all I care. So, I really have nothing to say about head-bobbing and ring-kissing and like-such Monarchical fro-fraw. I assume that any and all such pageantry is merely for TACTICAL purposes... or else just to amuse the masses....
