Hmm. He wants to see a detailed plan, when his own party wasn't able to come up with an alternative to the Dem budget. I was actually looking forward to seeing the GOP alternative, but got nothing. This current manifestation of the GOP is a far cry from their progenitors. All hat and no cattle.
