A couple quick comments (what interesting news to wake up to, thanks Bobby!)--

1. Bema is free to do everything else they want to do now, Placer gets
the heavy lifting on Aldebaran. Other Bema projects, here we come!

2. This explains the cash conservation/drilling halt. Why spend Bema $$ once it appeared Placer $$ would be coming on? Terry said this repeatedly, but I didn't completely buy it, my 20/20 hindsight again!

3. Won't the ounces in the ground at CC get a more reasonable valuation NOW? Any guesses? Or will the market wait till the ink is
dry on the bankable feasibility study to revalue the ounces?

4. The Placer share purchases can't be looked at in a vacuum. Placer is providing a great deal of consideration in addition to the dollars in the share price. Look at it this way: if Bema took cash instead of all the Placer responsibilies (development expenditures, financing, capital),what would shares sold to Placer (with no other responsibilities) be priced at?

5. Finally, add up the millions Placer will have in Aldebaran before
MRDI delivers the feasibility. Is Placer taking a speculative flyer with all those millions, or are they extremely convinced of the project's viability? Hmmm....

6. Amex market opens in 8 minutes. What a Monday this will be.
