Hi Ben

As an occasional drop in to this thread, a hard core gold bug, and a shareholder of one of our favorites (ALTA), we are certainly being put to the test with gold.

I respect Jim Dines commentaries. However, I feel we are faced with gold being a "hibernating" investment rather than a "sleeping" investment (sleep being 6 to 8 hours, hibernation being 4 to 5 months). I don't believe we will see an improvement for many months.

Most of the money from the equity markets is going into the bond market, rather than our traditional, favorite, gold market (Jeez, we yearn the good ol days).

Governments have a tradition of selling gold at the wrong time, i.e., the low of the cycle. Hopefully, history will be right, and repeat itself.

I hear the short position in gold is in the area of 2000 tonnes - a lot of gold! Someday, those shorts will need to cover their positions...and we will be there...

Regards
