Jaun Valdez had little to do with Alaska, it was a Federal case about Federal matters, it was just about a Federal site in Alaska. 22,000 plaintiffs sued Exxon, but the governor of alaska could not mention the case in which the SCoTUS gave Exxon a victory by lowering damages to 10% of its original award. I think they call that negligence or incompetence. Idiot, you said Juan Valdez, not Exxon Valdex. Juan Valdez was about something completely different.
