Do you see how housing markets recover esp. when they are in sunny, touristy locations? In a year, I bet there will be few $150k condos left in southwestern FLA. I don't know. I bought at the previous FL bottom. Appreciation was about 1% to 2% for over 10 years. Maybe it will be different this time with the demographics. True but that was Tampa......and it didn't go down as badly as Naples has. Let me ask you an options question. Today, SRS ran up at the close. Someone said that some traders were out of the money and had to buy the shares. Can you translate that by showing a situation where that would happen? TIA.
