there will not be a replay of "2005-2006 levels of activity" because the misallocation of capital will no be there to support that level of activity. All artificial devices that propelled that 2006-2006 growth will not be there. Dubai's skscrapers on the sand, Buildout of Olympics for 2008 Ordering new planes right and left Porsches in Ireland Range Rovers in Iceland Construction boom in Eastern Europe "Just because some people aren't eating lobster & foie gras dosen't mean everybody is starving." But they will keep eating beef, checkens. orange juice, drinking coffee... Ethanol distilleries, drilling for sub-salt oil certainly will continue unabated
