Second wave of foreclosures. Here is what may have happened. I checked out the Obama mortgage help program. Phoned the number Obama ave out All it did was steer people to their loan servicing companies; whereby the loan servicing banks had an easy way to identify and corral the risky loans. So Obama's intention to help, actually backfired and he played right into their hands and provided the banks with the information necessary to put them into foreclosure. They would not even talk to you if you did not give them your loan number. Like using a seine net for fish. Bad idea Barak!! Meanwhile up here our market is on fire. Maybe people coming up looking for work and sanctuary.
