I was listening to Bill Bennett's show this morning and Hinderacker from Powerline was on. Made a shocking allegation - I see it's not yet up on his site. Forgive my faulty attempt to paraphrase it. He said the part of Jan the Man's infamous DHS report about veterans being recruited by dangerous right wing groups was based on a paper by the Southern Poverty Law Center that quotes some general or commander's estimate of right wing members in his command. Except the commander wasn't talking about right wing groups. He was talking about GANG MEMBERS. This whole shoddy document was nothing but a hysterical press release from the Southern Poverty Law Center.
