Jess, source was business news on NPR this a.m. regarding the currency linkage. They may have it wrong friend. This is what was said. When things go down, the media reports all types of things, many of which are incorrect: CYMI is an example. Call NPR and ask them for a copy of it as to where they're getting their information. News was broadcast nationwide. Ask them to fax you a hard copy.
